- Arrival Time: Check in time is between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. Check in after 8 p.m. requires prior arrangements.
- Parking: We have private off-street parking to accommodate all guests.
- Departure Time: Check out time is 11 a.m. Late check out is available on a case by case basis. Please notify the Innkeeper with your request.
- Minimum Night Stays: There are minimum night stay requirements on weekends (Friday and Saturday) during the summer season. Please be aware that holidays and special events do have a two or three night stay requirement.
- Rates: Rates are for single or double occupancy, and include our sumptuous gourmet breakfast served in your Casita. All rates are subject to change without notice. Rates also are subject to the 11% San Luis Obispo County room tax.
- Meals: A full breakfast for two is included in the rate. Additional breakfasts are available for $20/each.
- Occupancy: We allow a maximum of 2 people per room.
- Children: The Casitas are for adults who desire a quiet and romantic getaway. We do not have inflatable or roll away beds.
- Conduct: We expect all our guests to be respectful of the property and other guests. Guests conducting themselves in an inappropriate manner (loud music, smoking in a restricted area, etc.) will be asked to stop. Guests that don't comply will be asked to leave and charged for that days stay.
- Pets: We are sorry that we are unable to accommodate pets.
- Smoking: We are a non-smoking inn. If you would like to smoke on your private deck, we will be happy to provide you with an ashtray. We expect requests from other guests to refrain from smoking in their vicinity to be honored. Smoking inside the Inn will result in an immediate request to leave and an additional cleaning fee of $250.
- Payment Method: We accept cash, travelers checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
- Reservation Policy: We require a deposit equal to 50% of the quoted rate on stays of two or more nights, and 100% on one night stays. You may use a credit card to secure your room.
- Cancellation Policy: If you choose to cancel your stay with us, we will be happy to refund your deposit provided that you give more than two weeks notice. Within two weeks, and up to 48 hours before your arrival date, we will refund the deposit if we are able to re-rent the room for the same rate. If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date, you will lose your deposit and be charged for the entire stay. For holiday weekends or when you or your party reserve more than one room, we will refund your deposit provided that you give more than 30 days notice. Within 30 days, and up to 48 hours before your arrival date, we will refund the deposit if we are able to re-rent the room(s) for the same rate. If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date, you will lose your deposit and be charged for the entire stay. Early departures are regarded as cancellations. Please note that our Reservation and Cancellation Policies are a vital part of managing the Casitas.
- Security: To ensure security and privacy for our guests, only registered parties are allowed on the property unless approved by Casitas management.
